Earn to Learn – June 2025

We're proud to announce our brand-new partnership with Earn to Learn, an Arizona-based nonprofit dedicated to making college more accessible and affordable for low- to moderate-income students.

One of my deepest-held beliefs is that education is the cornerstone of opportunity. However, I also understand that reaching one’s educational goals is easier said than done, requiring a great deal of perseverance and support along the way.

The daunting truth for many students seeking post-secondary education, whether it be at a four-year university, community college, or vocational school, is that reaching their goals is overshadowed by the looming burden of student debt. That’s why we’re proud to announce our brand-new partnership with Earn to Learn, an Arizona-based nonprofit dedicated to making college more accessible and affordable for low- to moderate-income students.

Earn to Learn’s innovative approach combines matched savings scholarships with financial education and coaching. Students who save $500 are eligible for an 8:1 match, receiving up to $4,500 annually to cover tuition and related expenses. Earn to Learn’s model not only eases the financial strain of higher education but also provides essential financial literacy skills that serve students well beyond the classroom.

Given this innovative model, Bob and I are excited to announce a new partnership with Earn to Learn and a $250,000 grant to help expand their capacity to support more students in Arizona, helping them graduate with little to no debt and equipping them with the tools to navigate their financial futures confidently.

Financial literacy is so much more than balancing a checkbook (not to age myself lol); it’s about understanding how to manage resources, plan for the future, and make informed decisions. By partnering with organizations like Earn to Learn, we’re investing in programs that empower young people to take control of their financial destinies, break cycles of poverty, and open doors to new possibilities.

As we celebrate this partnership, we remain committed to supporting initiatives that provide tangible solutions to the challenges facing our community. It is a privilege to support Earn to Learn in helping students build brighter, more secure futures—one savings account at a time.
