June 2025 – The Travel Edit

Bonjour, ciao, and hello! The first day of summer is just six days away. I’m often approached for travel hacks and recommendations, so to kick off the season, here are my must-pack clothing items, beauty products, and supplements.
Jet Lag Essentials

Last year’s busy and exciting travel schedule motivated me to test various supplement combinations to combat jet lag and boost my immune system — especially when flying internationally. My friend, Jolene, found a jet lag solution last year when we traveled, and it works like a charm! It’s called Flykitt, and it effectively tackles jet lag with an easy-to-follow app to keep me on track. It utilizes five supplements, taken in a specific rotation, along with blue light-blocking glasses (this is key!) to support the body in quickly resetting its circadian rhythm to a new time zone.
In addition, I take 6,000 mcg of Sundown B-12 and NMN in the morning for energy, and Pure Encapsulations magnesium glycinate, L-theanine, and melatonin to aid with sleep before bed. Since incorporating this routine, my jet lag is (almost) non-existent, allowing me to hit the ground running on the first day of vacation!
Travel-Size Favorites

Of the many beauty products I use, there are five that we restock most frequently when on the go. It’s no surprise that I love Chanel products — their eyelash curler and Inimitable waterproof mascara are my go-to lash combo. For lips, I use EADEM Lip Softening Balm, and I love the travel-size Osea Body Oils to refresh my skin. When my days conclude, I grab my Clé de Peau makeup cleansing towelettes to start my bedtime routine.
Capsule-Closet Basics

While curated vacation outfits are essential in my book, no trip is pleasant — or feasible — without the basics. I always travel with one pair of On Running Shoes for morning walks, a pair of fuzzy Birkenstocks for lounging at the hotel, and UGG slippers for the plane.
I also make sure to pack my black PXG Perforated Logo Trousers and a few sets of Lululemon leggings (with pockets!). Lastly, basic ATM T-shirts are my favorite — I carry one black, one grey, and one white.
Safe travels, everyone!
Xx
