My Wellness Favorites & Go-To Smoothie Recipe

After years of trial and error, I’ve explored some incredible wellness products. Today, I'm sharing my favorites!

How are your 2025 wellness goals going so far? Whether you’ve hit the ground running, or need another motivator, I’ve got you! Fitness, nutrition, and self-care are long time passions of mine. After years of trial and error, as well as recommendations from industry experts, I’ve explored some incredible wellness products. Today, I’m sharing 4 of my favorites, as well as my very own, “RP Smoothie”! Check it out:

Wellness Favorites

  1. Voli Hydration Packs – The perfect amount of sodium, and sugar-free. I have one daily, minimum, two if it’s a heavy workout day or I’m playing 18 holes of golf.
  2. Perfect Amino Bars – A clean bar (no seed oils!) that tastes great and has low sugar. Great for on-the-go days. 
  3. Purity Coffee –  Mold-free, clean coffee. I have 1 cup, first thing each morning, My milk of choice is hemp milk, which is easily made at home by blending hemp seeds and water.
  4. Infrared Sauna – A game changer! I do 20 minutes at 170°F F, 3-5 days/week.

The RP Smoothie

Single Serving – 12oz

INGREDIENTS:

Smoothie Powder Packs

Frozen packs

  • 1/8 cup frozen strawberries
  • 
1/8 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1.5 tsp fresh avocado
  • ½ cup spinach

Liquids

DIRECTIONS:

  • Prep liquid ingredients by adding Hemp milk, water, and one (1) Erewhon Liposomal Magnesium L-Threonate pouch to your blender. Blend until mixed (3-5 seconds).
  • Add smoothie powders, fresh greens, avocado, frozen strawberries, and ice. 
  • Blend until smooth – 60 seconds (might need an extra 10-15 seconds)
  • Serve in a tall / highball glass. Enjoy!
