Recipe for Tequila Champagne Spritzer

Ingredients

3/4 oz patron platinum (or your blanco of choice!)

1/4 oz cranberry juice, not from concentrate

1/4oz simple syrup

1/4 oz fresh pulp-free orange juice

1/4oz aperol

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker, shake hard
  2. Strain into a coupe glass with a 1/4 sugar rim
  3. Top with champagne and express orange zest oil over the top
  4. Garnish with a sprig of chocolate mint on the side of the glass using a mini clothespin
  5. Enjoy!
