It’s the most magical time of the year when chilly winter weather finally settles in and there’s a buzz in the air that only comes when the holidays are days away. This year though, has felt a bit different. We aren’t shopping in large crowds or planning for extended family gatherings. Many of us will send our gifts through the mail and open presents over FaceTime. It’s not the holiday we typically anticipate, but I think it’s important to bring as much normalcy to 2020 as we can. So, make your traditional turkey dinner, have eggnog on hand and do everything you can to make the day feel special. Sometimes, that means putting on your favorite outfit.

I am taking full advantage of the cold weather while it lasts. That means lots of booties and warm coats. These Chloe snakeskin booties are such a fun shoe. I love their dramatic front zipper and neutral, yet bold pattern. And, the block heel makes them comfortable to walk around in.
This suede jacket is a pretty beige and blush color, with a subtle pattern that gives it an edge. I also love the cut of this jacket. So many warm jackets are shapeless or feel heavy. This one is light and hits right at the hips.
When it comes to gifts, choosing the right one can be difficult. Even if you’ve spent the year quarantined with someone, they can still be tough to shop for.
