Spring is a time of rebirth and hope- and that’s precisely the inspiration behind the PXG Spring/ Summer 2021 Collection.
This season offers elevated styles that are not only comfortable and performative, but adaptable for any occasion, on or off the course. While staying true to the monochromatic, detail oriented PXG brand identity, we incorporated more knitwear pieces that fuse fashion and function to work with our current stay-at-home lifestyles. This collection is fun, vibrant and evokes positivity.
Two of my favorite pieces from SS21 are the Apparel Varsity V-Neck Cardigan and the Front-Slit Pant.
The Varsity V-Neck Cardigan is a modern take on a timeless design. Created from a stretch, wool knit blend fabrication, it features delicate threadwork and hidden snap buttons.
The Front-Slit Pants are a mid-rise, cropped pants perfect for the office, the golf course, or a social distanced cocktail. The flared, slit ankle gives this pant a contemporary and versatile look, while the four-way stretch, moisture wicking and UPF 50+ fabrication keep you comfortable and protected no matter where you are.
For Styled by Renee March, I wanted to pair these two pieces together to create a sophisticated ‘golf course to first course’ ensemble. With performative features and polished design, these PXG Apparel pieces are intended to back your game and your style.
I’d pair this look with Royal Albatross sneakers. These handmade golf shoes have a classic aesthetic and unmatched comfort. I love that this pair has a subtle, yet vibrant pop of green.
After a round of golf, I like to grab dinner and drinks. To elevate this outfit, I would add a chic scarf and a handbag.
This Hermès silk scarf is soft and lightweight- a perfect post-round accessory! I love its intricate golf pattern.
My handbag features delicate pearl and gold details. Growing up, pearls were everywhere! I remember as a teenager my mother bought my sisters and I Add-A-Pearl necklaces. Needless to say, I have a soft spot for pearls, and I am elated to see them back in the fashion spotlight.
