Summer Sips
What says summer better than a refreshing cocktail? If you’re looking to add a little island flavor to your sips, look no further than these four recipes inspired by my favorite summer escape, Hawaii.
Tiki Rickey

1 1/2 oz Green Tea Infused Roku Gin
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1/4 oz Hibiscus
1 Dash Boston Bittahs
Soda Water
Lime Twist (For Garnish)
Method:
Add splash of hibiscus to bottom of glass. Shake lime juice and gin together. Pour over ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with lime twist.
Bird of Paradise

1 1/2 oz 1942 Reserva Especial
3/4 oz Aperol
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Lime Juice
Dehydrated Lemon (For Garnish)
Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker tin. Shake ingredients together with ice. Serve in martini glass.
Parsons’ Swizzle

1 1/2 oz Nine Banded Bourbon
1 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Ginger Juice
1/4 oz Demerara Gum Syrup
1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
3 Dashes Tiki Bitters
Luxardo Cherry, Dehydrated Lemon Wheel (For Garnish)
Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker tin. Shake together with ice. Serve in highball glass.
Rum Sour

2 oz Dos Maderas Rum
1 oz Amaro Nonino
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Black Cherry Juice
1 oz Pineapple Syrup
1 Egg White
1 Dash Chocolate Mole Bitters
1 Dash Black Walnut Bitters
Dehydrated Pineapple (For Garnish)
Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker tin. Shake all ingredients with no ice. Add ice to shaker tin. Shake again. Serve on the rocks in rocks glass.
