Women’s Day to Play 2024
On June 3, 2024, I had the honor of hosting our annual PXG Women’s Day to Play. This initiative provides a paid day off for all female PXG employees to enjoy a day of golfing, networking, empowerment, and fun at Scottsdale National Golf Club.
#SheGolfs
In honor of Women’s Golf Month, PXG has launched the #SheGolfs campaign. This ongoing initiative celebrates women and reinforces their place on the golf course.
To kick things off, all attendees at Women’s Day to Play were tasked with writing down affirmations to share with one another as they played. As their rounds concluded, all affirmation cards were pinned on our #SheGolfs board to inspire the group and display their strengths!
Teeing Off!
Women’s Day to Play is designed for golfers of all experience levels. Experienced golfers played either 9 or 18 holes in groups of four, while beginners developed their skills on the putting green and driving range. These randomized groups of PXG employees provided an opportunity for coworkers to connect and network that otherwise may not cross paths in the office.
A Philanthropic Approach
Our commitment to philanthropy remains strong! This year, we had the honor of inviting First Tee Phoenix, a non-profit organization providing affordable access to golf and golf learning facilities for young people in Maricopa County. The energy and enthusiasm of these young women added immense value to the day! Additionally, 17-year-old First Tee member, Mary Sannapu, hosted the Women’s Day to Play 2024 Panel.

After a morning on the course, our guests gathered at the SNGC PXG house to listen to our panelists discuss the foundational skills and life experiences necessary to become a woman in leadership.

A Sweet Conclusion
It wouldn’t be an SNGC Xperience without an après-golf treat from our culinary team. Women’s Day to Play guests concluded their day with an assortment of tea, coffee, and world-class desserts to refuel.
