Announcement – First Tee Board of Directors – February 2025

Over the past 10+ years, two personal and professional passions of mine have evolved beyond what I ever could have dreamt possible and now inform so much of my life’s purpose – the game of golf and giving back through philanthropy. Golf has, first and foremost, taught me so much about myself – about being empowered as a woman in a man’s sport and world, about patience and honesty, and about simply having fun. Golf has also allowed me an avenue to embrace my creativity and lead a fantastic design team at PXG Apparel, which has helped me grow immensely as a businesswoman and leader. Giving back is a value that was instilled in me from a very young age and later became a cornerstone of Bob’s and my relationship and our business ventures. We believe that with great success comes great responsibility, which is why we continue to invest in marginalized communities through The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation.  

I offer the above as context for a new adventure that beautifully marries these passions of golf and giving back. I am so thrilled and honored to share that I have joined the First Tee Board of Directors.

First Tee has 150 chapters around the world where participants (ages 7-18) build character and uncover their inner strength and resilience, all through the game of golf. At First Tee, they’re working to build game changers by empowering kids and teens to be the best version of themselves. As you may have gathered, as someone who has firsthand been changed for the better by the game of golf, I love this mission. 

Bob and I have supported First Tee and First Tee – Phoenix over the last few years through both The Bob & Renee Parsons Foundation and PXG/PXG Apparel and are excited to see how this partnership grows here in our own backyard and beyond.

I look forward to lending my expertise as a businesswoman in golf and as a philanthropist to this already amazing organization’s leadership.
